Configuring the MOVIKIT^® StackerCrane MultiAxisController

The following information and settings apply when starting up the MOVIKIT^® MultiAxisController to start up the top drive. These go beyond the standard startup procedure.

A maximum of two members can be under a MOVIKIT^® MultiAxisController with a top drive:

• Member 1 – horizontal drive: MOVIKIT^® MultiMotion axis or cascaded MOVIKIT^® MultiAxisController
• Axis group member 2: Top drive (MOVIKIT^® MultiMotion axis or cascaded MOVIKIT^® MultiAxisController)

• Selecting the top drive
• Configuring the P gain of the MultiAxisController control functions
• Checking the P gain of the position controller
• Controlling the top drive for deflecting the tower
