The module bus axis group members are not compatible with each other.

Contact SEW-EURODRIVE Service.

Communication timeout on the module bus.

– Check the cable connections and voltage supply of the module bus axis group members.

– If the fault occurs repeatedly, contact SEW‑EURODRIVE Service.

Too many module bus axis group members are connected.

Reduce the number of module bus axis group members.

Measure

Checksum error detected during module bus communication.

– Switch the device off and on again.

– Reset the fault.

– If the fault occurs repeatedly, contact SEW‑EURODRIVE Service.

The module bus configuration has been changed. The device must be restarted.

Acknowledge the error.

Measure

Subsequent module bus axis group members have been detected after the slave. This combination is not permitted for this slave.

– Check the module bus cabling.

– Disconnect subsequent slaves from the module bus.

Incompatible module bus master detected.

– Check firmware package for compatibility.

– Identify and replace module bus master.

Measure

The device power ratings and/or operating modes of the power supply modules for the master and the slave do not match.

– Connect similar power supply modules together for master and slave.

– Check firmware package for compatibility.

– Check device configuration.

Parallel operation is deactivated but a power supply module slave was detected.

– Remove power supply module slave.

– Activate parallel operation.

Parallel operation is activated but no power supply module slave was detected.

– Check parameterization of parallel operation.

– Connect power supply module master and slave together.

– Check slave configuration for the power supply module slave.

– Check the module bus cabling.
