Error: 7.11 (070Bhex | 1803dec)

Description: DC link overvoltage at rectifier

Cause

Measure

The fault can be caused as follows:

– The maximum permitted DC link voltage limit of the rectifier was exceeded.

– The AC voltage component of the DC link voltage is too high.

Description: Load before connecting the supply system

Cause

Measure

The DC link was overloaded after precharging completed, and before the supply system was connected. The delay in connection of the supply system can be caused by a second line contactor, for example.

Error: 7.13 (070Dhex | 1805dec)

Description: Insulation overrun

Cause

Measure

The r.m.s. value of the +Ua voltage or the +Ub voltage measured against PE has been greater than the permissible insulation voltage for a long period of time. This can be due to the following reasons:

– The +Ua and +Ub voltages have an unfavorable ratio.

– The leakage currents against PE are not symmetrical.

– The insulation is faulty.

– Reduce the excessive voltage or increase the voltage of the other side.

or

– Eliminate the insulation fault.

The r.m.s. value of the -Uz voltage measured against PE has been greater than the permissible insulation voltage for a long period of time. This can be due to the following reasons:

– The leakage currents against PE are not symmetrical.

– The insulation is faulty.

– If the warning occurs again, switch the device off and on again.

or

– Eliminate the insulation fault.

– If the warning occurs repeatedly, contact SEW‑EURODRIVE Service.
