On a virtual machine

If the software is installed on a virtual machine and this is then cloned, both instances of the software have the same SDC ID. In this case, reinstall the software on the virtual machine and delete the file sdc-id.json from the directory C:\ProgramData\SEW\SmartDataCollector\. After a restart, the software instance then receives a new SDC ID.
