With MOVIKIT® StackerCrane MultiAxisController

  • A suitable MOVIKIT® software module of the "Motion" category (e.g. MultiMotion, Positioning, Gearing) has been inserted and configured for all axes you want to couple with the PES software module.
  • A software node with the MOVIKIT® StackerCrane MultiAxisController is located at a higher level than the axes.
  • A PES software module is inserted and configured on the power supply module.
  1. Open the configuration of the lower-level MOVIKIT® MultiMotion axes.
  2. In the "Module configuration" > "Basic settings" configuration menu, activate "MOVIKIT® MultiAxisController" in the "Higher-level MOVIKIT®" section.
  3. In the "Module configuration" > "Basic settings" configuration menu, activate the "Additional process values of the inverter" function in the "Additional functions" section.
  4. Open the configuration of the higher-level MOVIKIT® StackerCrane MultiAxisController.
  5. In the "Module configuration" > "Basic settings" configuration menu, activate the "Energy coupling" function in the "Additional functions" section.
    • The "Additional functions" > "Energy coupling" configuration menu is displayed in the MOVIKIT® StackerCrane MultiAxisController configuration.
  6. Open the "Additional functions" > "Energy coupling" configuration menu.
  7. Select the matching power supply module.
    • The automatic code generation of MOVISUITE® automatically performs the further steps for coupling the MOVIKIT® software module of the "Motion" category and the PES software module.
  • The software modules are coupled with each other and exchange information.
