Fault Manager (FaultManager)
The "Fault Manager" function allows you to automatically respond to faults. For this purpose, there are defined fault responses that follow fault codes. The fault response differs depending on the severity of the fault. There are 3 fault responses and 1 escalation fault that only becomes active if a fault is detected during the course of the other 3 fault responses.
The "Fault Manager" operates internally and is connected to the fault handling of all MOVIKIT® software modules. The function is implemented as a configuration menu in the configuration of the software module.
The following figure shows a matrix of the fault responses. The fault responses have the internal code numbers 10 to 40. If a fault response is active, this code is output via the user interface of the software module.

The "Fault Manager" can monitor several faults at the same time. Each internally reported fault is processed and is known at all times. For this purpose, the "Fault Manager" has an internal message list that can be viewed optionally for debugging purposes. However, since the main fault interface of the ErrorHandling only allows for reporting one fault code, only the fault that has the highest priority (fault response) and is active for the longest time is reported to the customer via the user interface or fieldbus interface.
If no separable energy storage unit is installed, fault responses ≥ 20 are executed but the energy storage unit cannot be disconnected.
