MOVI-DPS^® energy interface EXK22

The MOVI-DPS^® energy interface EXK22 is connected to the energy storage unit and performs the following functions:

• Battery communication for charging and discharging curves
• Determining the state of charge
• Switching voltage circuits on and off via digital outputs
• Starting and stopping the charging process using a switch or software
• Stabilized DC link independent of current battery voltage
• Inrush current limitation for consumers at machine start
• Protection of the battery against overcharging or deep discharge
• For higher power ratings, several EXK22 can be operated in parallel
• SBus+ communication interface for connection to machine control
