The drive unit safety technology described below has been developed and reviewed according to the following safety requirements:

• Safety Integrity Level 3 according to EN 61800‑5-2, EN 61508.
• PL e according to EN ISO 13849‑1

To that end, a certification was carried out with TÜV Rhineland. A copy of the TÜV certificate can be requested from SEW‑EURODRIVE.
