"DRIVE" status LED
The following table describes the display functions of the "DRIVE" LED:
LED | Operating status/ | Meaning | Measure | |
---|---|---|---|---|
Fault code | Subfault code | |||
– Off | Not ready for operation | Line voltage absent. | Power on the line voltage. | |
Yellow Flashes very rapidly, 4 Hz | Not ready for operation | Initialization phase | Wait until initialization is complete. | |
Green/yellow Flashes with changing colors, 0.5 Hz (1 x green, 1 x yellow) | Ready but device inhibited | The "STO" signal is active. | Deactivate the "STO" signal. | |
Yellow Flashes slowly, 0.5 Hz | Ready for operation, but manual mode/local mode, device inhibited | Line voltage is OK. | – | |
Yellow Flashes rapidly, 2 Hz | Ready for operation | Deactivation of DynaStop® without drive release is active. | – | |
Yellow Continuous illumination | Ready but device inhibited | Line voltage is OK. The output stage is inhibited. | – | |
Green Flashes slowly, 0.5 Hz | Device enabled, but condition manual operation/local mode | The output stage is enabled. The motor is in operation. | – | |
Green Flashes very rapidly, 4 Hz | Device enabled, but current limit active. | The drive is at the power limits. | Reduce the load. | |
Green Continuous illumination | Device enabled. | The output stage is enabled. The motor is in operation. | – | |
Yellow/red Flashes with changing colors, 1 Hz (2 x yellow, 2 x red) | Ready for operation | A displaying fault is present. The output stage is inhibited. | Please consult product manual > chapter "Fault table" for possible measures. | |
Green/red Flashes with changing colors, 1 Hz (2 x green, 2 x red) | Ready for operation | A displaying fault is present. The output stage is enabled. The motor is in operation. | Please consult product manual > chapter "Fault table" for possible measures. | |
Red Flashing, 1 Hz | 3 | 1 | Ground fault error | Please consult product manual > chapter "Fault table" for possible measures. |
