Configuring the P gain of the MultiAxisController control functions

Configure the control of the top drive depending on the strain gauge as follows:

  1. Open the "MultiAxisController control function" configuration menu.
    • NOT THE "POSITION CONTROLLER" CONFIGURATION MENU!
  2. In the "Operating mode setting" section, configure the P gain by using different accelerations and speeds to check the control behavior of the top drive for the process values "scaled analog value", "speed correction", "speed ratio" and "slip". You will find these values in the 12 optional process data items of the MOVIKIT® StackerCrane MultiAxisController.
