Adjustment of the scaled value
- Relieve the tension on the tower.
- Deflect the tower in manual mode in the positive direction by 1/1000 of the tower height (e.g. 20 mm given a tower height of 20 m).
- Read the scaled value.
- In the case of a positive deflection, the value must be negative. The scaled value for this is supposed to correspond to ten times the deflection (e.g. -200 given a deflection of 20 mm).
- Use the rule of three to determine the numerator and the denominator.
Example:
Deflection: 20 mm
Read scaled value: -300
Desired scaled value: -200
Consequently: -200 = k*-300
Factor k: k = -200/-300 =2/3
Scaled numerator: 2
Scaled denominator: 3
- Check the opposite direction.
- In the case of a deflection of 1/200 of the tower height (e.g. 100 mm given a tower height of 20 000 mm) in the negative direction, the value "+1000" must be displayed for parameter 8582.80 "Total for analog inputs AI 2 + AI 3".
- INFORMATION: There is a button available for resetting the scaling factors if necessary.
- INFORMATION: The actual value can be inverted with the help of a negative numerator if necessary.
