Selecting a suitable strain gauge

The selection of a suitable strain gauge depends on the maximum deflection of the tower with guaranteed fatigue strength and the resulting strain at the bottom of the tower in [µm/m].

The maximum value obtained corresponds to at least the maximum range of the sensor to be selected.
