Requirements
The requirements for applications with a top drive are:
- Top drive without external encoder
- (A top drive with a second external encoder is mapped by means of the "skewing priority" function of the MOVIKIT® MultiAxisController.)
- Strain gauge (SG) on the tower
- The analog value of the strain gauge is analyzed…
- in a voltage range from -10 V to +10 V or
- a current of 4 mA to 20 mA

- CIO21A option card in the inverter of the top drive
- Software licenses for the following software modules:
- MOVIKIT® StackerCrane
- MOVIKIT® MultiAxisController Skewing
- If multiple drives are used on the horizontal drive, then also:
- MOVIKIT® MultiAxisController Torque
- MOVIKIT® MultiAxisController add-on Cascading (on request)
