Metadata templates

The software offers the option of using metadata templates to assign device metadata. This allows devices that meet certain criteria to be automatically assigned metadata.

Proceed as follows to use metadata templates:

  1. Define the metadata templates in a metadata template file by using the syntax in the following section (see "Syntax").
  2. Import this metadata template file into the software (see "Import").
