Operating principle

The software module calculates the data of a configured application on the MOVI-C^® CONTROLLER and allows the data to be visualized on a Windows system. If the software module is being used without the visualization provided (stand-alone), the visualization must be created itself.

Visualization is possible via the Windows part of the MOVI-C^® CONTROLLER UHX65A or via an external Windows system. Communication with the visualization takes place either via the internal VNET interface or the Ethernet interface of the MOVI-C^® CONTROLLER.

The software module contains separate installation packages ("SEW_DriveRadar_ModelBasedMonitoring" and "SEW_DriveRadar_ModelBasedMonitoringVisu") for calculating the model and/or visualizing the calculated data. The following diagrams show how information flows in the variants:
