Slack rope monitoring
In the configuration of the MOVIKIT® StackerCrane MultiAxisController, the submenu "Slack rope monitoring" of the "Monitoring functions" menu offers functions for monitoring the rope tension.

Note:
The following applies to the parameter values: The "Motor encoder distance" is greater than the "External encoder distance". The recommended ratio is 2:1. To determine the configuration values, go up to the mechanical stop and determine the appropriate values for your application. When monitoring is enabled and the motor encoder moves by the configured distance, then the system checks whether the external encoder moves by at least the configured distance. If an error occurs, a "SlackRopeError" is signaled.
