16#7043 | The minimum modulo limit has been undershot (the value is greater than 2147483647.0 or less than -2147483648.0). |
16#7044 | The maximum modulo limit is less than or equal to the minimum modulo limit. |
16#7045 | The dead time is less than 0.0 ms. |
16#7046 | The hysteresis is less than 0.0 or greater than 2147483647.0. |
16#7047 | The switching time is less than the cycle time (it is not possible to switch on and off within one processing cycle). |
