Init

In "Init", the AFW is initialized and various modes are defined. For each mode, the states used are activated and the paths that are not used (e.g. "PRG_AFW.Main", hold or suspend) are deactivated. The transition states are also defined. These states, in which a mode transition is possible, are set to TRUE.
