2.0.0.200

MOVISUITE® V2.1

System package: 10

Release date: March 2019

Device firmware: 4 and 5

First series version.

New functions:

  • MOVIKIT® handshake: PO 1:15 is mapped to PI 1:15.
  • Timeout monitoring between Data Flexibility and basic unit via heartbeat in (control word 2, bit 15) and heartbeat out (status word 2, bit 15)
  • Application mode "301: Reference travel – offset via fieldbus" can be set.
  • Application mode "101: Jog mode – speed controlled" in drive train 2 possible without encoder.
  • In the application modes "100: Jog mode – position controlled " and "101: Jog mode – speed controlled", only positive setpoints are permitted. The setpoint is processed according to the value.
  • PO 1:6 "FCB 09 Relative – accept position" is mapped to PI 1:6 "Position accepted".

Revisions to the previous version:

  • In version V1.1, bit PI 1:11 "Setpoint/actual speed comparison" signal did not provide a valid signal at negative speed in FCB 05.

2.1.0.200

MOVISUITE® V2.2

Revisions to the previous version:

Error correction of the first cycle in application mode "401: Relative positioning":

When selecting application modes 401, 402, 403 or 404, the system briefly switches to FCB 26 to correctly set the reference point for relative positioning. If the drive is still moving when application mode 401 is selected, FCB 26 decelerates the drive until it stops. The stop point is the reference point for relative positioning. The drive does not decelerate when changing to application modes 402, 403, and 404.

3.0.2.200

MOVISUITE® V2.10

Release date: July 2020

Device firmware: 6.0 and later

New functions:

  • Variable jerk time (1 PD)
  • Parameter channel via process data (5 PD)
  • Touchprobe function/length measurement (4 PD)

Changes:

When assigning the MOVIKIT® Positioning Drive, the inputs/outputs are parameterized as defined in the MOVIKIT® default assignment with hardware limit switches.

INFORMATION: If no hardware limit switches are connected to the inverter, the error "E‑29.3 HW limit switch: Limit switch missing" is triggered after assigning the software module.
