This document describes the startup of a MOVIDRIVE^® technology application inverter with the fieldbus interface using a higher-level programmable logic controller (PLC) from as an example.

For control via the fieldbus interface, the fieldbus card is installed in the inverter. The fieldbus card can be used with a MOVIDRIVE^® technology application inverter with firmware version or higher.
